What information and why?
When you call or email us, we process your name, business contact details and message to respond, discuss a proposal or maintain a business relationship. Depending on the contact, the legal basis is performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.
Sharing and retention
We share data only where necessary with parties supporting communications or delivery of an assignment. Data is retained no longer than necessary for its purpose, subject to legal retention obligations. Agreements about equipment and storage media are recorded for each assignment.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, or object to processing. Contact info@stranco.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
